This week, we continue to slobber over the greatness of Valient Thorr with a concert review, also featuring The Kickass, Royal Thunder, and Holy Grail. We were so impressed with Holy Grail that we decided to feature them in our band of the week. If you’ve not heard of them, you can find out all about this great, shredding band here.

It’s a bit of an abbreviated show this week, but what can we say? We’re old men and that concert left us longing for a nap. We’ll be back in full force next week. We promise.

John sounds like he’s calling in using a Zach Morris brick cell phone. I’d say this episode sucks. The content was good, but the production of the voices kinda sucked, so that means the whole episode as a whole was bad, right? OOOOH THAT’S A SHOT!
Hell yea Holy Grail! Never heard of them before, but they have a rad sound, and the singer kinda somewhat sounds like M Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold…if Shadows lost his highs and let his growl flag fly.
Oh! About the moose antlers…I’ve seen a few trucks with antlers, but it’s an old man thing. Antlers, old school bug deflector on the hood, and the spare tire bolted to the front grille.
We’ve stolen antlers from a couple of truck boxes after a night at the bar, but we stopped after McDonald’s wouldn’t serve us drive-thru since we were on foot and ramming the drive-thru speaker with antlers on our heads. Oh, memories.
