Episode Sixteen – Anthrax Pt.1

It’s a two-parter! We just love Anthrax so much that we had to spread them out over two episodes. In this one, we cover the early Neil Turbin days, all the way through Persistence of Time. Next week, we’ll go all the way from Attack of the Killer Bs to Worship Music.

Other topics covered include Black Sabbath at Lollapalooza, Metallica’s not-so-live concert movie, and anal tattoos. Mmm…yummy.

  1. I’M CAUGHT IN A MOSH! ONLY NOT REALLY CAUSE IM THE LAME STANDER IN THE CHEAP SEAT SECTION! METAAAAAAAAAAAAAL

Hell of a show again, boys. I must have lucked out going to one of the Edmonton Metallica shows…they were taping that night for the movie, but no disruptions to the show or do-overs (minus the “technical difficulties” during the set and guy on fire). At the end of the show, the camera was panning across and I swear my only appearance in this movie is going to be me doing the lame stander trying to look tough and show my “muscular arm” to the camera. That’ll be a ticket seller in 3D for sure.

  2. Hey guys, I’m drunk as hell so this is the best time to add something to the site. I was listening to last.fm and trying to find that one song that will make me say “fuck ya” and after many fast forward clicks all of of a sudden Toccata in d minor by
johann sebastian bach comes on and I’m like “fuck ya! That’s that I’m lookin for”
So I guess I’m asking , is it just me or is classical “metal”
I know i’ve always thought classical music was metal.
