We’ve never covered a “virtual” band before, but Dethklok is so bad ass we just couldn’t resist. Made popular by the Adult Swim cartoon Metalocalypse, Dethklok is led by Brendon Small, who also happens to be the creator of the cartoon series, as well as the show Home Movies. And, as it turns out, this “virtual” band will melt your faces off.

Dethklok has the two qualities I love in a metal band – they rock out hard, and my computer’s spell checker always wants to correct the name. I never add band names into the dictionary, because it’s more metal that way. Spell check is not metal, but defying Webster’s definitions of words is totally metal. Add some glitter on that bitch and it’s glam.
Whoever suggested The Company Band must be a rugged, bitchin’ individual. Way better sound quality this time with the remote, boys!
